Refund policy

Every order is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives exactly as it should.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used products, unless the item is faulty.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) with details and photos so we can resolve this for you quickly.
